Just had a long talk with someone who used to close to Mouat. This person was so terrorized by him they still suffer from pretty extreme PTSD. This person shared some pretty heinous experiences with me; far more horrifying than I could have imagined. I kind of figured this man is a sociopath, but even I had no idea how bad he is. Out of respect for this person's fear of him retaliating, I cannot share details though I really want people to know the level of madness in this man. He preys on the weak, initially appears compassionate and kind, but soon his true colors come out and if you call him on it, the level of cruelty is unprecedented. I experienced this first-hand and the person shared similar experiences. This is level of mental illness with which I've not dealt before. Scary!!
